Privacy Policy

Missing Pet Partnership is the sole owner of any information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. MPP collects information from our users at several different points on our website. This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, information is protected both online and off-line.

Seminar Registration

During seminar registration, user contact information (such as name, address, and email address) is required. This information is used for delivering services or contacting user for participation in the interactive functions. Any information gathered for registration is kept strictly confidential. This means that personal information, membership names and email addresses, as well as any other personal information gathered by us or submitted by users shall not be shared, sold, traded or otherwise provided to third parties. If at any time MPP ceases operations, all information contained in our records for the users shall be archived and stored for legal purposes only.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

We will refund your seminar fee, less a $25.00 non-refundable booking fee, if you cancel 30 days before the first day of class. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the seminar but class credit enabling you to attend a future seminar is available. Class credit must be used within one year from the original class date, and is non-transferable. If registration numbers are too low and this seminar is cancelled, we will notify you and we will refund all of your money paid to MPP, but will not reimburse incidental expenses such as the cost of unused airline tickets or hotel reservations.

Contact And Communications

Missing Pet Partnership requires each seminar registrant to provide adequate personal contact information, including address, telephone and e-mail information for the exclusive purpose of rendering MPP's services. Such services may include returning registrants' telephone calls, sending them requested lost pet or training information by fax or e-mail attachment, or notifying them by e-mail of any pertinent information related to seminars, products, lost pets, and lost pet services. Additionally, MPP reserves the right to use an email address from any source who communicates with us for the specific and limited use of e-mailing news and announcements of MPP services, products, newsletters, fundraisers, and direct mail requests for donations. Your seminar registration, product orders, requests for assistance in finding your lost pet, requests for subscription to MPP's newsletter, or other website use is an acknowledgement of your agreement that MPP's use of your contact information will not constitute unsolicited e-mail, and shall be accepted freely. If you do not want to be included in such communications, you may request removal from our database by contacting us at info@pethunters.com.
